Analysis:

One mouthful of Botana's super and you'll know this is nothing like your typical Mission-style burrito. The guacamole is hand-whipped and savory, the meat tender and flavorful, and the pico de gallo is a finely chopped bed of juicy goodness. Most importantly, the Botana burrito is laced with the tangy crunch of delicious cabbage salad. This gives the Botana burrito that extra level of meaningfulness, placing it above and beyond any regular taqueria burrito (none o' this lettuce shit!). To seal the deal, every order comes with a basketful of fresh-from-the-fryer tortilla chips and delicious homemade hotsauce to tide you over while you wait.

Your burrito is served piping hot on a plate, flanked by more cabbage salad and mexican rice, and gracefully served to you by either Tony or Cynthia, the friendly zen-like couple that run the place. "Botana makes the best burrito in SF! A bit non-standard, I will admit, but not to be missed! Go chicken mole for a treat, but the carne asada is a must. you can go super, but if you want to be healthy, the regular is still excellent because its the SALAD, not the guac and sourcream that make this burrito the bomb. I deducted a few points for consistency because the burrito on RARE occasions has been a bit "off", but then again, I ate there every day for three years, so i truly put their consitency to the TEST.
